I found an error! Who do I contact?

NOTE: The purpose of our site is to display results from what aired on the shows, not to display data of hands that happened on film set, but never reached air. We are aware that off-camera, large pots can occur that never reach the viewing public. That information is not being documented.

If you're a player on the stream(s) and you have found errors, there's a few possible reasons:

1) We could have made a mistake. Please contact us using any of our contact info at the very bottom of this page and we'll fix it ASAP. We appreciate your help in keeping us accurate!

2) Considering off-stream results. You may be considering wins/losses that occurred from play that happened before or after the stream went live. For example, if the table was in action for a total of 8 hours but only 5 hours were broadcasted, we'll only have access to the data from the 5 hours on air. Your personally logged results may differ from what was actually shown on livestream/TV.

3) Highlight reel shows. Shows like No Gamble No Future and High Stakes Poker show reduced footage of the biggest hands of the session, meaning we won't have access to data from smaller pots that may have occurred. As stated before, our intention is to show results from the broadcasted shows, and not the surrounding results that happened from unbroadcasted session play.

4) Duplicate profiles. If you appeared on broadcasted cash games under various aliases, please search those names to see if there's missing sessions to be found there. If you manage to find duplicate profiles, contact us and we'll merge the results together into one profile. We do our best to cross-reference familiar faces with past broadcasts, but we also acknowledge that it's not a fail-proof method.

5) Livestreams providing incorrect graphics. We are heavily reliant on the livestream graphic operators to accurately update chip stacks, rebuys, and buyins. If the livestream fails to maintain accurate records throughout the broadcast, this reflects on their post-stream cumulative statistics which we use to document results.

Feel free to reach out to us directly at any of the following:

We usually will respond right away, but please allow us up to 24 hours if needed. The accuracy of our database is something we take seriously and any/all concerns will be individually investigated!

We appreciate your help in keeping our site accurate and up-to-date.
